Do you have a CARPASUS shirt which needs a replacement of the collar and cuffs?

No problem. We're here to offer you the solution to restore your shirt to its best condition!

  • Here's what you need to do:
  • Book and pay the service here by adding it to your cart. Book one service for each shirt you would like to have mended.
  • Print and fill out the form for each shirt you would like to have mended. (Download)
  • Send us the shirts by mail or drop them off at our showroom.
  • Wait for your shirt to arrive back to you by mail.

Please note:

  • This service is only available for shirts that are also availabe in our custom-made collection. For all of those shirts we have fabric available and can hence use these fabrics to produce extra cuffs or collars.
  • Send us only washed and hygienically clean shirts
  • We recommend sending the shirt with a tracking code
  • If you prefer to bring the shirts to one of our showrooms, you're welcome to do so. Let us know when you plan to pass by, so we can ensure a smooth process.
  • This service is only availble for customers based in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
  • Feel free to contact us anytime if you have any questions.
Delivery and Returns
  • Free delivery to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and all EU countries.
  • Delivery within 1-2 working days.
  • We are a Swiss Brand and all our Swiss orders are shipped from our warehouses in Switzerland.
  • All EU orders are shipped from our warehouse in Austria. Hence, EU customers will not face additional custom duties or additional VAT charges after receiving our deliveries.
  • You can return the product within 30 days if it does not fit you.
